  3. Payment : 100% advance with purchase order in favour of Bangladesh Broadcast Systems Pte Ltd.
  4. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
  5. Delivery: 4-6 weeks from date of payment.
  6. Return and exchange is not available.
  7. BBS shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its control. These causes shall include but not be restricted to fire, storm, flood, earthquake, or other forces majeure, explosion, accident, acts of the public enemies, war, rebellion, sabotage, epidemic quarantine restrictions, labor disputes, shortages, transportation embargoes, or failures or delays in transportation, inability to secure raw materials or machinery for the manufacture of its devices, acts of Government or any agency thereof, acts of any state or local government or agency thereof, and judicial action.
